14-DAY DOOR-TO-DOOR EXCHANGE POLICY

If your item doesn't fit exactly how you want or if you would like to swap for a different color, we provide a quick 14-day exchange process across Egypt.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original product tags and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

1. Contact our team on WhatsApp (0155 934 5325) with your Order Number.
2. Specify the replacement size or color you need.
3. Our courier will arrive at your door with the replacement and collect the original item simultaneously.
